Small flowering gums are becoming very popular and when smothered in summer flowers they stand out like beacons. They are classified as ‘Corymbia’ rather than eucalypts and now come in a stunning range of flower colours, from cream to beautiful shades of pink and orange and red. The flower buds are striking and the flowers are irresistible to both birds and bees. Different varieties grow anywhere from 2 – 3 m (perfect for smaller gardens) up to 7m.
These small gums are grafted, which ensures they grow true to type, versus seed grown gums which can vary in size and flower colour.
